Catering Refund Policy
At SoulFood Fusion House, we understand that plans can change. We prepare all catering orders with care, and require advance notice to ensure quality and minimise waste.
Cancellations & Refunds
– Orders cancelled more than 7 days before the scheduled event may be eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposits or incurred costs.
– Cancellations made within 3–5 days may receive a 50% refund, depending on preparation progress and ingredient sourcing.
– Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event are non-refundable, as ingredients and staffing are already committed.
Modifications
Changes to guest numbers or menu items must be made at least 72 hours in advance. While we’ll do our best to accommodate, we cannot guarantee adjustments after this time.
No Shows & Late Collection
No refunds will be issued for orders not collected or events not attended. Please ensure someone is available to receive your catering at the agreed time.
Force Majeure
In the event of unavoidable disruptions (e.g., extreme weather, venue closure), we’ll work with you to reschedule or apply a partial credit.
By confirming a catering order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
